Kendra Johnson
Kitchen & Bath Designer
As The Hearth Room’s newest Kitchen & Bath Designer, Kendra believes that all steps need to be approached with a sense of appreciation. “As a designer, you need to have the passion and drive to help your clients reach the dreams they put into your hands,” Kendra says. She specializes in the design, planning, and execution of kitchens, bathrooms, and other built-in units for homes. Her main ambition at The Hearth Room is in bringing a design to reality. Kendra draws her inspiration from her studies, her travels, and her clients.
Kendra holds her Associate Degree in Applied Science in Interior Design from Alexandra Technical College. There she was actively involved with many professional organizations like the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), the American Society of Interior Design (ASID), and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). In 2007, she was a finalist in the NKBA/GE Student Charette Scholarship competition. She is currently a member of the National Kitchen Bath Association (NKBA) and is working towards an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) certification.
