Sarah Adams Showroom Manager / Crosslake As the showroom manager of the new Crosslake store, Sarah works on the sales floor, taking care of many showroom responsibilities, including helping customers, updating displays, and ensuring that the showroom is neat and staged correctly. “One of the things I most enjoy about working at The Hearth Room in Crosslake is watching the customer walk away feeling that all their needs have been met,” says Sarah. “Afterall, the best compliment we can receive is a referral from one of our clients.” Sarah brings more than seven years of experience in sales and management to her position with The Hearth Room, most recently from the banking industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in teaching from St. Cloud State University and actively seeks new training opportunities. She also continues to keep up to date on the latest sales trends in interior design.
